「Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again.」

「No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall.」

「The staff that checked us in were extremely pleasant and helpful. When we arrived they were assisting an older couple who had a lot of questions about the area and they were extremely patient, polite and informative. One stopped and attended to us. Check in was a breeze. The staff the next morning were cheerful and everyone was very accommodating and attentive to the guests. The room could use a tad bit touching up and painting in some areas, but nothing too concerning. We would stay there...

「Didn’t like how the buildings were set up it was really confusing. The toilet didn’t really flush very well. The shower water pressure was decent but not great. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tv said we got channels 9-37 and there were only about 5 channels that actually were able to watch. All the other ones were like abstract paintings. The rest were just snow. The room was clean and the staff was friendly getting new towels for the second day. But they only have two. Could put a couple more...

「Nice stay. Everything is good」

「Very mediocre place. A pool table is the only amenity.. other than a few seats. The first room has several bugs .. lady bugs and other flying insects. Got other room it was clean and no insects however after night one we had a few more lady bugs join us. Also we stayed 3 nights and NEVER had housekeeping!!!! For 2 people we were only given 2 towels 2 washcloths per night.. had to ask every other time, ridiculous」

「The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」

「Front desk friendly and responsive. Room updated and clean, bed comfortable. So close to restaurants - enjoyed Dolly's.」

「This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets.」
