Regardless of the season, a sunset-filled getaway awaits you at Arrowhead Lake in the Poconos. Whether it's a glass of wine on the oversized deck, an early-morning paddle around the 260 acre lake, a soak in the hot tub, an afternoon game of cornhole, some ice fishing and ice skating on the frozen lake or a quiet read by the fireplace- this retreat is an ideal setting for your next family adventure.

Our 4 bedroom, waterfront home is ready to host! The kitchen is prepped with everything you could possibly need for a family dinner. There are brand new countertops and floors (2022). The 4 cozy bedrooms on the main floor of the home are outfitted with new mattresses (2022) and all bathrooms were recently renovated (2020). There is a brand new gas fireplace (2022) in the Living Room to take the chill off those winter days playing games at the oversized Dining Room Table.

The lower level of the home has fantastic views of the lake, a coloring table loaded with supplies for the little ones, air hockey, foosball, books & a huge selection of games for all ages. There is strong wifi in the house and all the TV's are outfitted with Firesticks/Roku. A DVD player and a large selection of movies round out the inside activities.

The lakeside firepit is where we like to spend time with friends, enjoying a fire & making smores. In summer, plan for a game of cornhole followed by some fun on the pedal boat or kayaks. Fish for Bass off the new dock (2022), float away the afternoon on one of the numerous tubes and rafts. There is even some fishing gear available your use and enjoyment.

In the fall, indulge in an afternoon paddle around the lake & pick a local hike with the most incredible foliage. In winter, once the lake freezes, try your luck and bundle up for some ice fishing or ice skating right in front of the house.

In EVERY season, you are certain to enjoy the AMAZING sunsets, sunrises & night-time sky right from our oversized 3-tiered deck loaded with seating. You also might want to consider taking in that amazing sky while soaking in the hot tub... All of these seats are front and center to the amazing show that the clear mountain sky provides every day.
The Arrowhead Lake Community is a gated development chock full of amenities to keep everyone interested & busy.

The Arrowhead Lake Community Association has costly mandatory registration fees for all renters, also known as "Temporary Members". We will pay the costs for the members of your group but ask that each group pay their $15 per vehicle fee. Each vehicle will recieve a vehicle-specific gate card to be used during your stay. Each registered member of your group will receive a wristband to be worn when using all amenities (pool, beach, fitness center, The Lodge, etc) during your stay.

WAIVER FOR WATERCRAFT:
Tenant and their guests understand that swimming and the use of watercraft/water toys is at Tenant and guests own risk. Tenant and their guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the watercraft/water toys and hold Owner harmless.
Tenant understands there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of watercraft/water toys may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Tenant & their guests understand the danger to any person swimming or using the watercraft/water toys if a person has health risks, uses the watercraft/water toys while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.
Tenant agrees to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents they or their guests may incur. Tenant and their guests understand the risks discussed above and agree that they will assume all responsibility for themselves and for the consequences of those in their party. Tenant and their guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the watercraft/water toys.
All VRBO guests in Tenants party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
