Peaceful Getaway

My first impression of the property was clean and welcoming. I had booked this trip as a surprise for my boyfriend & he was thrilled to see the amount of activity options the home had to offer! The house is in a great location with many local places nearby to visit. We also brought our pup with us and had no problem finding dog-friendly things to do in the area. The host was very helpful and kept an open line of communication to ensure we had the best experience. I'll be booking this property again in the future!

Location was very convenient for the waterpark, mountain adventures and Pocono Raceway. Older house that needed multiple dehumidifiers and individual cooling units to manage the heat.

The house was very nice, clean and in a good location. Not far from stores and the lake was nice, n dog friendly place. All the suplies were at the house to start off. I would recommend this house to friends and I am going to rent it again in 2026. THE only thing negative is could not use fireplace in gameroom.

We stayed for two nights with our pup. Here are the pros: the location was great for accessing the Mt. Airy Casino and getting to a hike ( at Rickett's Glen, which I highly recommend!). The place was clean, the kings size bed was very comfortable, nice towels and linens, plenty of room and Justin was very responsive with any questions I had. I did enjoy seeing a deer pass through the front yard one morning. The cons: outdoor spaces needed some love, the AC in the master was effective but intermittent and noisy, a few small amenities could enhance the bathroom.
