You'll enjoy your stay in this comfortable and modern two-bedroom apartment with the sea view.

Apartment is located on the third floor of the private house, just 4 min walk to the beach.

House is located in a small coastal town Podstrana just 10 min drive to Split.

Apartment consists of a living room, terrace with table and chairs, two bedrooms, kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Living room is spacious with the LED TV with cable channels and cozy sofa bed, sleeping two people.

Each bedroom has one comfortable king-size bed and air condition unit

Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge with freezer, so you can prepare any kind of tasty meal.

First bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

Second bathroom has a bath and hair dryer.


We will also provide you a two free parking spots in the yard of the house.

Baby cot can be provided free of charge, please contact in advance.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside on the terrace.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

***** The neighbourhood:

Podstrana is a tourist town located just 7 kilometres from the city of Split is situated at the foot of Perun, the slope of the mountain Mosor.

Enjoying the sea and beaches is one of the main assets of Croatian tourism, and the coast and waters of Podstrana are among the cleanest in Croatia.

The entire coast of Podstrana is tame and suitable for swimming, and has been groomed as one long (6-kilometre) beach in almost its entire length.

Beautiful beaches, hiking and biking trails make Podstana a really attractive tourist destination.

Due to the excellent location of Podstrana (close to Split and Omis) there are really great opportunities to organize day trips organized by some of the local agency or an independent tour of the cultural heritage and natural beauty. Given their proximity definitely recommend an independent tour of Split, Salona, Klis, Trogir and Omis.

You can get to us by car.

Bus station is 300m away from the house and grocery store is just 200 m away.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange you transport from the airport to the apartment and back to the airport.
