Room is clean. Just a little dated. Nice staff. Walls are thin noise travels easily. Other guests were loud most the evening.

Year Round Lakeview Cottage with Dock on Lake Champlain
Very clean and modern. Water did have an off smell to it. Was fine for showering. Would not recommend drinking. The heater vent was not connected so the fumes were coming back into the home. Private, spacious Adirondack Region home with view, perfect for family reunions!
We always enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation at Matt’s rental. It’s so warm & roomy that everyone has their space. The game room with the hot tub, foosball table and exercise room are great. The addition of a video arcade was very exciting for the children. Everything is clean and orderly.
