"The Rooms were clean but lightly appointed and outdated with no smart TV which is a standard in even the most basic Motels as was the Kitchen which was limited to 4 hot plate stove top and a micro conventional oven was minus a rangehood permeates through the entire apartment leaving you with the smell of your last mean even on your clothes and then there is the Noise!!! this place is an old building built in the late 90s with your typical open style tropical casual relaxed theme in mind which it does present but in mind only as the acoustics allow for lots and lots of noise intrusion and being placed by default (not their fault mind you) right next to a primary school which you could set your watch to the break alarms and for some bazar reason the song "walking on sunshine" by Katrina And The Waves 1983 which played the first chorus every morning at exactly 8:46 and then again in the afternoon around 15:00 ish (very strange) I found management to be a little arrogant when enquiring or requesting anything it would seem as if they were doing you an enormous favor just buy replying to you, I asked for extra washing liquid and was told housekeeping would drop some in which I never expected and nor did I ever receive. I also asked as to the strange scrapping noises occurring at 10:30 at night and then again the next day. So I guess my request went unheeded again. I initially thought it was good value for money until I booked else where in Kawana and its magic here. "

"No exposed hanging hooks in the vanity area or rooms - this should be fixed asap The shower, vanity and toilet area is super small??? The safe was not working "

"Great stay and a really pleasant surprise overall. The apartment was fully equipped, modern, and very well presented. We were allocated a top-floor unit with nice views, which made the stay even better. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and local restaurants, so everything is within easy walking distance. A big bonus was the secure undercover parking included with the apartment at no extra cost, which is not always the case with similar places. That definitely added value to the stay. The only downside was the lack of mid-stay cleaning or at least vacuum cleaner as a part of apartment accessory. The main living area had carpet, and for stays longer than a few days it would be helpful to have at least a quick vacuum or cleaning service. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place — would definitely stay again!"

"Would definitely stay here again. Clean and great location. Within half an hours drive to most tourist spots. Only problem was the kids screaming in the pool next door from an early hour meant no sleep in."

"Location is fantastic, right in the river, 50m to the boat ramp, walk to beach and coffee shop, short drive to the pub. Big house and lots of room for 7 adults and two puppies. Only small criticism is, I did not feel the house was cleaned properly prior to our arrival, as there was sand in the rugs, on the floor, on the sofa and in the bedding. It is the beach, I get it that sand is insidious and it gets everywhere, but there should not be sand in the sheets. That being said, I would 100% go back here again. "
