「Extremely disappointing, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. 「The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel staff also contacted me by sending a reminder 48 hours ago before I check in.」

「Refused entry after payment with confirmation number, manager is untrustworthy, dishonest and a liar.」

「It was clean and had what I needed, bed shower」

「friendly staff great location - walking distance to beach and shops easy secure parking」

「I didnt like not having a parking spot when i arrived late at night , then parked in the street then worried about my expensive staff in my car so i brought it back in the carpark but i could only park in the disabled .」

「Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks」
