"This was my first stay in Malibu and at The Hotel June in Malibu and it was one of the best mini vacations I have had! The hotel was so cute and cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable! They have small outdoor patios that were perfect for those who bring their dogs. They leave you a personal note wishing you a wonderful stay and the mini bar is stocked with lots of drinks and snacks! It’s a true hidden gem and the staff was amazing! Everything about my stay was beyond my expectations and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you to Nick and his team!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Malibu! From day one, the host’s communication was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. Any question we had was answered immediately, which made everything feel seamless and easy.The home itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and clearly designed with so much attention to detail. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We cooked at the house most days, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.The home is operated through a Control4 system, which took us a minute to get familiar with, but once it was explained, it was fairly easy to use.Overall, a fantastic experience and a beautiful Malibu stay. The level of care, communication, and thought put into the home really stood out. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!"

"I had a blissful writing retreat here over a holiday weekend and it exceeded all my expectations! The property is older but the listing is clear about what to expect and the tradeoff is that it's reasonably priced for the area. I really appreciated a budget-friendly option with ocean views. Everything wonderful: - Pristine interior. Their cleaning team is incredible, everything was spotless. - Tons of space. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen with everything you could need to cook. Small kids could even have their own "room" in the primary's walk-in closet with the air mattress. This would be a great rental for an extended family with kids who spend the day at the beaches and unwind in the evenings.- Beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, endless towels and linens.- Exceptional communication. Detailed check-in info, immediately responses from the host throughout, and very accommodating when I had special requests.To be aware: - Exterior reflects property's age. But the garden is nice for eating in the evenings and the hot tub was the cleanest of any vacational rental I've ever had. - The house is divided into 3 units with shared walls. If other guests were noisy, you'd hear them (wasn't an issue for us at all).- On a dead-end street off a highway, so you have to drive everywhere (this is typical for Malibu).- No ocean view in common areas. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have views. We didn't need all 4 bedrooms so we created a seating area in one of the two rooms with a view."

"We had a fabulous time! This was a splurge for my family and was totally worth it. Communication with the owner before and during our stay through the VRBO site was really fast & responsive. Would totally book here again.The house is incredible. Really open layout with huge windows for taking in the view. The kitchen is large, well-equipped with breakfast table for 6. Loved the Nespresso Vertuo and coffee maker. Two ovens & two full-size refrigerators for all of our snacks & meal-prep. Lovely dining table for 10. Powder room & laundry downstairs as well.Large TV visible is from the casual dining table & most of the kitchen (great for watching the World Cup!). Two living areas with lots of comfy seating look out onto the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Comfy outdoor furniture for lounging or dining outside. Pool noodles and low beach chairs for guest use.Two king bedrooms on the main with en-suites. We brought my elderly in-laws along for the trip and were so glad that the "library bedroom" didn't have an area rug. This was great for them as they have mobility issues. There is a step down into the living room. Huge primary suite with a king bed. The bathroom and closet were spacious and bright. Two more bedrooms that shared a bathroom: one queen in one and one with a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom). All bedrooms had shades or wood blinds (not blackout which would have been a great bonus for the late sleepers but we didn't miss that too much). What a lovely home!"
