“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave……

“On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry”

“After power outage heating wouldn’t reset until an electrician came. Dishwasher didn’t operate after power outage, many Venetian blinds were broken and difficult to operate, no cloths provided to wipe surfaces and a bottle for washing machine liquid was empty. Insufficient coffee pods for a one week stay.”

“Be prepared no cooking in cabin but all other kitchen amenities are available. Comfortable stay, clean & good location.”

“Check in was horrible. Was told to come back as they didn't know where the swipe card was then had to come back later to then be told go back to the hotel now and the cleaner will meet you in the lobby to give access. Location was great and so was the view . Apartment was not cleaned properly still had previous guests hair all through the bathroom . Blinds are old and ripped . Ceiling fans are nearly falling off the ceiling and make noise while they wobble all night . Balcony fly screen……

“It was clean with shops nearby and the host even gave me the keys herself. Would recommend and come again.”
