"Stayed here before and had no issues except for the pillows. If you have any neck issue then make sure you bring your own. This trip I had some issues. The auto light sensor in the bathroom didn’t turn on when I walked into it so I push it on. I went out of the bathroom and sat at the far side of the room and about 5 minutes later the light started flickering like strobe light. It kept doing this every 5 minutes. I let the lady at the front desk know about it and her response was we never have any issues with that room are you sure it flickered. I told her she could come and check it out. She also walked into the bathroom and the light didn’t turn on for her either. She pushed the switch on and off several times as to reset it or something. She walked out and back in a few times and said it was working fine. The light never turned off. I told her there was a problem with the sensor and she tried to fix it again by turning it on and some more and then walking in and out of the room and even sliding the bathroom door open and closed several times. She said she had just deactivated the switch so it wouldn’t come on so the light won’t flicker any more. She said to let her know if I had any issues and left. I sat in my chair taking care of messages and the bathroom light came on all by itself with the door closed. So I told what had happened and she came over to check it out and the light was off because I had turned it off and she said I don’t see what the problem is. I said"

"The overall stay was fine . Staff neglected to say the room had no microwave when I purchased frozen meals from the sundry selection, so that was a waste of $$ . I did see where the microwave is located the next morning at checkout. It's near the elevator on each floor ?"

"Great hotel, and staff! The location is centrally located, and walking distance from everything. There is a restaurant right next door- Poggio - which will not let you down, and you can charge your food to the room. The grounds are well maintained and rooms are kept clean. Negatives? Parking is across the street and there is no room service. Yes, the hotel is located on a main street, but honestly, not a busy street"

"Our first time staying here. The check in staff was friendly and greeted us with warm cookies. We were heading to the Graton Casino which they provide a free shuttle service until 3am. We also received a free complimentary drink coupon. The bartender was great as well and the drinks were pretty good as well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be staying here again!"
