「整體都幾好，只係太近馬路，有些嘈吵。 至於整潔就有問題，枕頭套有污漬，熟食餐具不太整潔。但是上網問題，比其他國家，就要改進，全球以旅遊為主的個家，都是提供免費上網，如要附費亦不太費，但是澳洲的在酒店上網費太貴了。」

「We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...
