"Staying at this property was truly the right decision for all the good reasons. First of all and foremost, James and Maureen Dominique are simple one of the best hosts I've ever had. They were so supportive and attentive to all of my needs, even when some of them came late in the night. I loved their friendship and huge smile when greeting me anytime we met each other. "This property was quiet and peaceful a few miles north of Roseau with a great ocean view looking out the kitchen window. The plus is the nice setting. The minus is that it is far enough out of town and the Roseau valley that a car is required. The host communicated well and even found us a rental car before we arrived. His brother picked us up at the ferry dock and escorted us to the apartment. I would recommend this location. "

"We brought a soursop from the local market to the pool bar and Mariah was nice enough to make a delicious drink out of it for us. The coffee in the room was subpar. It was instant and the cream was powered. That was the only drawback. "

"The property is high in the mountain and remote from the town. The view is spectacular, and we enjoyed excellent privacy for a tranquil stay. Management was flexible and worked well with us.Be aware that the neither the pin nor the address provided on the website lead you to the resort. Make sure to get driving directions before you arrive in Dominica. "

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. "The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. "

"Our family of 5- 20 something grown kids- all scuba divers. We love adventure travel- especially to SCUBA Dive.... and this trip was it.Pinard Mountain Village will pick you up at the airport if you want. If not... Make sure you have a car with clearance... the road up can wash out and has some challenges.They can cook meals for you. Close to Diving.Close to water falls and hot springs.Awesome views."
