Bon hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel serviable et attentif. Les équipements des chambres sont un peu vieillissant et mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner quand à lui est qualitatif et diversifié.

Central

The hotel is very central, ideally located and hving car park facilities
於 2019 年 12 月住了 1 晚
真實評價

8/10 不錯

讚好：職員與服務和設施服務
The hotel was pleasant and ideally located, making it a convenient base for our stay. However, the rooms were quite small, and we felt that the number of towels provided was insufficient. The lady on reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff when we checked out seemed rather uninterested and disengaged, which was disappointing and they looked like we had just woke them up. The reception area could also benefit from some attention, particularly the carpets, which appeared dirty and had a large, noticeable stain. This detracted from the overall appearance and didn’t create the most welcoming first impression. Although the location was convenient, the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe at night and it was very noisy outside Overall, the hotel was fine for a short stay, but improvements to cleanliness, room amenities and customer service would make a noticeable difference to the guest experience.
