  • 27 Rows on Hermitage offers 4 Boutique Self-contained one and two bedroomed Vineyard cottages (Pet Friendly) on 25 acres of quiet bushland including a hobby vineyard where we grow and harvest our Shiraz and Rose wines - a bottle is complimentary for guests. Breakfast provisions of bacon, eggs, sourdough, cereals, OJ, fresh milk, teas, ground coffee and condiments are provided.

    Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Walking distance to boutique wineries, Tintilla, Piggs Peake, Peter Drayton's Ironbark Hill. Enzos weddings and Two Fat Blokes Gourmet Kitchen are a short 700 metre walk.

We had a lovely stay at 27 Rows with our dog Benji. The cottage was comfortable and had everything you need for a stay in the Hunter. Would definitely recommend for travellers with a dog.

The cabin was lovely - great condition, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Tanya was very responsive and helpful. Didn't realise the other cabin was adjoining but it wasn't a problem. A way to stream music would have been a plus. We had such a relaxing stay, it was wonderful.

Great self contained cottage in wine country

A great spot with multiple wineries and a brewery within walking distance. Lovely quiet location, well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. lol forward to coming back!

Short break away

The property was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. The location was within walking distance of a couple of winery’s and a brewery, and so peaceful. Fabulous to see the kangaroos 🦘 too. The provisions provided by Tanya were gratefully received. Thoroughly recommend

Perfect wine country stay

The Vines is such a beautiful cottage and we love coming to stay here. It is in a great location, has a lovely view of the vineyards and clean and tidy! Tanya is the perfect host and we look forward to visiting again.

Friendly and very accommodating

We had an excellent stay at 27 rows on hermitage. The accommodation was extremely clean, spacious and very homely with a beautiful outlook onto the vineyard. Tanya the owner and her Family were very welcoming and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend 27 Rows hermitage.

Will be staying here again

It's so hard to find dog friendly accommodation that suits us. This place was perfect. Absolutely loved staying here! The cottage was so beautiful and Tanya was so great in keeping contact leading up to our stay. Will be coming back next time we're in the Hunter

Beautiful getaway

We had an amazing time staying at Tanya’s wonderful property. The location was amazing, so close to everything. The cottages are lovely and comfortable. Our little dog had a great time too, such a great bonus that this accomodation is so pet friendly. Breakfast, a bottle of wine and a comfy bed were all added bonuses too.
