Check in online was difficult because it asked for Everyone’s phone number which I didn’t have cause it was for surprise birthdays. Thankful for the early checkin and late check out perfect for our group

The property was well set out. It was clean and well maintained. The only criticism I have and my fellow travellers that there was limited soap and shampoo if we knew that we needed to provide our own we would have brought it with us. So we had to buy some. A minor inconvenience. Also one of us had issues with the WIFI, could not log on to it. Password for Wife connection was not easily found.

Best view in the morning

We were very impressed with everything about this property. The check-in process was very thorough and easy to understand. We loved the keypad rather than having an actual key - made it easy for different guests arriving at different times. We had three other groups staying at Cypress Lakes at the same time and our villa was the best of all of them. And the view at sunrise with the balloons floating past was amazing. Would definitely book again if we were to stay in the Hunter.

Perfect location

We had our annual family long weekend trip encompassing many many wineries and way too much food but this villa at Cypress Lakes was just superb. Very clean, spacious and included everything we needed and more. The location of this resort makes it an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go to in the Hunter. Highly recommended!!!

The property was clean tidy and had a lovely peaceful ambiance for our 3 night stay. Equipped with everything we needed including a bulging bookshelf and on such very warm nights the air conditioning in all the bedrooms was a bonus. Definitely recommend this property and would revisit.
