「This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus.」

「I stayed for one night and requested a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
Everything was perfect until I ordered dinner shortly before checkout. I went down to the restaurant and asked for a menu, but the server suggested that I order room service instead. No menu was provided, and I ended up receiving a meal costing MZN 1,800 that I was unable to eat. The food was terrible.
I was also asked to make the payment through the waiter’s mobile wallet, which I found unusual...

「When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. So they tried to get me to pay a second time (I had already paid through Expedia and could prove as such). AVOID THIS PLACE OR RISK BEING SCAMMED.

「Very well-located, clean and welcoming guesthouse. Lots of commodities in the room (not sure all have them - microwave, ustensils, mini-fridge).
The room was quite noisy at night was something like a loud AC or something going on and off.
Breakfast was OK, but probably not best value in town」
