"The room could have been cleaner. There were some dusty surfaces. We were on the ground floor with no ocean view. The balcony's view was obstructed due to shrubbery. We rented a car, so did not make use of the airport shuttle. "

"The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful, especially the bell hop and valet. Our room was not nice, directly over the loading dock which was very noisy, we didn't pay for a view because we were only there one night but the bathroom lacked cleanliness, the soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. The bathroom in our room needed a deep cleaning or just a remodel."

"Lovely stay at AC Marriott Wailea despite not-so-great weather. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the pool area and hot tub were lovely with a nice view. The facilities were clean and new. (Sometimes the poolside music got annoying, but staff was accommodating)"

"Four Seasons is worth every penny, every time. They are excellent. This property and the service is unmatched in the area. I stayed all of last week and then came back. Staff is so excellent. Property is gorgeous. It's just perfect. A lot of things aren't worth the price these days, but I have to say this hotel is worth the money. 5 stars."

"House was in a great location. We didn’t realize the area that looked like an office was actually a closet with a desk and chair in it. House needs refreshing. Beds very high. Overall though it worked out well for us and was in a nice development in a great area, walking distance to coffee shop, arts farmers market and Choice healthy food shop and other nice shops and restaurants. "

We also were in Maui during the major storm in March and Andrew made sure we were well taken care of. The house was extremely clean and well exceeded our expectations.
