"We absolutely loved our stay here! Very clean hotel and in a great location on international drive. Comfy beds, powerful air con, decent sized mini-fridge, safe, hair dryer & bathroom products included. Shower was also good! Complimentary coffee was also very appreciated. The pool is a great size and was great for the kids. Tonnes of restaurants within walking distance. Free car parking which is a massive bonus! Late check-out available at an extra cost which massively helped us out. 15-20 mins in a car to reach the Disney parks and less than 5 mins to reach universal. We found the staff very friendly & helpful. The only one downside we found was that the laundry room was being refurbed during our stay which would’ve come in handy with having young children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Orlando!"

"The rooms were very well kept. You had a choice between a light cleaning service and a deep clean service and a mix of both services The restaurant was cleaned during opening times and deep cleans after closing. The food was mixed with American and Mexican with both types cooked well and enjoyed. The pool and the restaurant/bar were very popular during the whole day with plenty of various eats and drinks . If you needed a well done rest from the Disney Parks it was the perfect day. The hot pool was refreshing and there were numerous inflatables in the pool for young and old. The restaurant/bar had plenty of tables with shades and chairs and a large area for just sitting in the shade and sun. Around the pool area there were more than plenty loungers for sun lovers and a very popular separate attached safe area water playground. Finally the hotel shop was small but well stocked with most essentials and was open very late. Something I’ve not seen in five star hotels an Arcade for young and old filled with grabbers, driving cars and lots of other board games etc. I found all the hotel staff really friendly and helpful from the reception to the maintenance workers. The free bus drivers helped so many assistance customers with wheelchairs and electric vehicles (mobility scooters) which they loaded and unloaded happily and safely. I would be happy to stay in this hotel again."

"We have stayed at many hotels in Orlando, but this one has been the perfect fit for our family. The service, staff, amenities, breakfast, pools, gym—everything is excellent and designed with families in mind. The gym is very clean and well-equipped with everything you may need for a good workout. The jacuzzis and sauna located next to the pool are a great feature because the kids can play nearby while we relax and keep an eye on them. The rooms are clean, smell fresh, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. I have never found another hotel in Orlando that offers everything in one place like this one does. The location is also fantastic—only about six minutes from the Disney parks, which are our family’s favorite destinations. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options for the entire family, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy. Last but not least, the atmosphere is very relaxed. Unlike some hotels that have endless restrictions, this property manages to stay clean, organized, and well-maintained without making guests feel uncomfortable. The pool and jacuzzis are open until late in the evening and can be enjoyed early in the morning as well. Overall, this hotel truly makes you feel at home, and we look forward to staying here again."
