“Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. ”

Hopefully we will be returning soon as we love this place and this town. Southern coney for pancakes, Nectar chicken waffles, Relish Mongolian beef and wonton soup all an easy bike ride away. not to mention the beach and Coligny shopping a block away. 5+ star stay.”

“We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.”

Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom, because it doesn’t provide enough privacy. Would be nice to have bath soap provided. Overall, a good value.”

“Exactly as the listing showed!! Perfect for a couple or small family. Less than a minute walk to the beach and close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Host has everything you need to stay comfortable for a few days or an extended stay. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals if you want to save a few dollars on eating out. Bathroom upgrade looks amazing and I’m definitely stealing the shower design for our own bathroom upgrade plan. Lol”

“Overall this was a sweet, well decorated duplex home close to a beach and historic Beaufort. We enjoyed the nearby boardwalk to the Cypress Wetlands bird sanctuary. The home was appointed with everything we needed including comfy beds. The area is full of interesting history and beauty!”

“This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt.……

“What a wonderful condo! This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to spend their vacation at the beach, on the beach, close to everything. I’ve been staying on hhi for nearly twenty years with family and friends and have rented small to very large condos. This time i was the only renter as my family had a smaller unit. This unit is extra clean, has a great view of the ocean from the recliner to the balcony. The mattress and pillows are excellent, the kitchen is clean with good appliances. The……
