“This is the best hotel we've stayed in anywhere. The room was spacious, cooled, humidified, and beautifully furnished. The staff is, without exception, skilled, devoted, and attentive to all needs. Our room was surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The infinity pool is wonderful. Breakfast is at a reasonable cost [first one is free] and the drinks at happy hour are excellent. The staff said that improvements are scheduled for this winter which include two new rooms and some infrastructure……

“This is a historic property in a not so historic area. My family spent two days in this place. We were concerned when we were coming close to the hotel because we did not realize that is in the outskirts of Siracusa, in an area filled with non-impressive apartment buildings.
