「The apartment had everything you need for a stay in Pollensa. It is such a great location, close to all the local shops and restaurants and of course the beach. Unfortunately during our stay there was a water supply issue to the town, which meant for over half our stay we did not have running water which made it a challenge for 7 women…no showers before dinner or ability to flush the toilets or wash up after dinner. Other local establishments did not have this issue, which seems to indicate...

"We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
