My one complaint of this property was that the climate control in my room was fidgety. Even though it was cold in my room at night, if I tried to turn the heat up to a certain temperature, it would automatically switch to aircon instead of heat. The opposite of what I wanted! The suites are amazingly spacious and very clean. hotel is really well located we walked to old town alcudia from there, long walk but worth it as the buses passing by were pack solid. Very closed to the beach. Only downside is the size of the interior pool as there was a big storm in the island ...
