“Beautiful little room that was so cozy and the hot tub was right outside our room!! ”

“Had a great spring skiing week at Palisades Tahoe. The property has some age but mostly maintained well. Our small one bedroom timeshare condo is tight with an odd layout: access from the public balcony hallway at the bedroom side. Two sharing one bed can get by but any need to use the sofa bed would leave no elbow/leg room. The same can be said of the outdoor hot tubs but the vibe was generally cheery with the good spring weather. The staff are helpful and low key. ”

“We loved this suite on the 4th floor right next to the forest of pine trees. Watching the snow storm through the bay window looking out onto the forest felt like we were inside a snow globe. My 7year old daughter and I laid in front of the fire and watched the snow falling outside and it was magical. I will cherish that memory forever. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely book this suite again in the future.”

“The resort is nice, they are very stringent on the rules. Home owner was great, responded super quick and was very accommodating. The unit is as described and the pictures are well representation of reality. There is a ski lift just at the base of the resort and the ski concierge is an added perk. The cost does not include resort fee or parking but everything else is great. Staff was very kind”

“this was a great location for our group! we came to west lake tahoe to ski/snowboard at homewood. highly recommend this place, although it was a little hard to find because there are two entrances to the community - a north entrance and a south entrance. for this listing, you have to enter from the south entrance (it wasn't very clear at night when we arrived). we also weren't granted a late check out time even though there weren't back to back listings. other than that, this property was well……

“The three bedrooms accommodated four of us, one couple and two single people, easily; it would work well for two couples in two bedrooms and one or two people in the room with bunk beds, depending on their agility.
