"Overall everything was good and the staff attentive. The kettle leaked water everywhere. The toilet had a faulty cistern and a previous guest had left a shirt behind which was still in the wardrobe. Other than that no complaints."

"Room was basic but clean. Bathroom floor was collapsing and bath sinking into the ground. Felt like I was going to crash through the floor into the basement. Reported to reception for corrective action. Water was only luke warm for the bath too."
