Not very well kept place. Shower curtain was off the rods (whoever cleans this place is not doing a thorough job). Things were not cleaned properly in the apartment. Will not be renting this one again.

Rental is very quiet and comfortable. The bedroom fan and overhead light didnt work, so it was not the best for sleeping. The water and ice dispenser on the fridge were also not working. The unit could use a good deep cleaning.We did appreciate the proximity to the lake and park. There are plenty of coffee and restaurant options within walking distance. Parking was never an issue.

The condo was very comfortable and close to the water. The only problem was with people upstairs directly above the condo. They walked like elephants and the snoring was so loud I couldn’t block it out with ear plugs. None of these things is the host’s fault. Overall it was a great experience.

Fourth of July

A great location, walking distance to everywhere. Close to the park to watch the city’s fireworks display. Close to the lake for the two 8 year olds to swim. Very clean & cute!

Beautiful but need maintenance

I would give this place five stars except the dishwasher did not work, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, the dryer did not work and the air conditioner was very loud. In addition, the condo needs an extreme deep clean. The contact person for the condo was not very responsive.

Wedding weekend

We drove up from Washington for a family wedding, very easy to find and such a beautiful view, condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking this one again

Ok not Great condo

Intro We stayed at this VRBO property from July 2nd to July 5th. Pros - The owner let us check in an hour early. - The location was great, with a short walk to the swim area on the lake. - We enjoyed fireworks on July 3rd (Polson celebrates on the 3rd), just a five-minute walk away. - They had K-cups available, including a delicious "Latte" one. - The owner provided soft, high-quality toilet paper, not the thin kind we found elsewhere on our trip. Cons - The fridge wasn't clean; there was a sticky orange goo on the top shelf. - The pull-out couch sheets smelled terrible, like sour milk or moldy cheese. Our kids ended up sleeping without sheets. - The dishwasher wouldn't stay shut and kept popping open. - There were no measuring cups, only shot glasses. FYI, 2 shot glasses equal 1/4 cup. - The bedroom sheets had a musty smell at first, which faded, but it made us question if they were clean after the previous occupant. - The AC was only in the living area, not in the bedroom. This should be mentioned in the listing. - While listed as Waterview, you can't see the water due to trees. - The grill and washer/dryer were public, not private as we had expected from the listing. Summary While we appreciated the early check-in and convenient location, the cleanliness and maintenance issues, along with incomplete listing details, affected our stay. We sent most of this info to the owner and never got a response, so we felt it was necessary to post for future occupants.

Close to everything.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and loved the condo. I could walk to coffee and light shopping. And the park on the lake right across the street made the perfect picnic spot. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Beach Theme in a great location.

We loved all the beach decor and attention to detail. The hosts anticipated what guests might need during their stay. It is just a short walk to the lake and places to eat.

i could park 10' from the front door. unit is on the 1st floor. shower great. good coffee. tv's great but access to cable news (i'm a junkie) lacking.... only had cnn. this unit is 100' from a public park on the lake. minimal traffic. terrific place to stay in polson. favorite restaurant was 'the shoe' a short drive away on the lake. seemed to have everythg one would need for a holiday.

Perfect

Perfect condo for a couple or a small family. Bed was comfy, condo was very clean, had everything one needs! Lovely little patio to enjoy the views of the lake. Location was perfect - walk to restaurants and shops!

Perfectly appointed property in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this adorably decorated property. I was prepared for it to feel small but it was well-thought-out and had everything we could ever think to need in the kitchen and bath. The location was right down the street from some cute shops and cafes and being right on the waterfront was perfect. I don't know if I have need to return to Polson but if I did, I would absolutely choose this rental again.
