"An hour extra time for late check-out would have cost $250. It soured our departure. Last time that I was in Hawaii, at another resort, we were greeted with tropical drinks and lei. It was a nice touch. The Westin resort did not do that. It's the little things folks, step up your game please."

"Great location and beautiful hotel. No room service as there’s tons of restaurants in the hotel and area of Waikiki. Remodeling was going on and I was so impressed how clean the contractors work areas were while working around the hotel. Room was gorgeous, ocean view and waikiki skyline. Staff were all amazing."

"Not 5 star by any means. Rooms were nice (basic). Shower drips 24x7, toilet flush is so dramatic it can wake everyone on the floor, doors are so heavy that you cant sneak out of a room without a huge 'clunk'. If its windy, there is no Breakfast restaurant, as the Swell Bar becomes uncomfortable to remain at. Not enough pool recliners (we went to the pool 4x during our stay and never once managed to grab a seat, there's no monitoring of people who have towels on the chairs but are not actually at the pool). Pro's: Great location. Comfy beds."
