Staff were very unhelpful ,room was very tiny,water in the sink and bathroom were very low if you take a shower the other person should wait till you finish to be able to have water at the sink,you have to wait for 15 minutes to have the elevator cause it’s very slow,staff at the breakfast buffet we’re unhappy to serve any body,to make the long story short it’s unlivable place

I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique. They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact. That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour. They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice. Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way). The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms. If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.

I’ve stayed here in the past and it was nice to have the complimentary happy hour. They no longer offer it which is unfortunate. We were assigned a two floor room which they were happy to switch for us. Air conditioning was excellent in the room. The room was smaller than we were first assigned but it had great ac.
