"This is a really nice boutique hotel! I love the area adjacent to the lobby. It is the perfect place to sit and chat, relax, or work if you need to get out of your room. The bikes are a nice amenity for guests, and the bathrobes were also a welcome treat. We only had one minor inconvenience that the staff took care of promptly. I would definitely stay again."

"The lobby bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper on one stall the other were a disaster. The pillows in the room were absolutely horrible. I should have asked for more as one pillow per person that has zero firmness made for poor sleep. Everything else was good"

"Fairly barebones and older hotel. You won’t find breakfast in the lobby in the morning. But you do get 10% off the iHop next door if you show them proof you stayed at the hotel. They put a $100 hold on your card and refund it the next day if you didn’t mess up your room. Ice machine out of order. Parking fills up quick in the evening. Their overflow parking is not well lit and away from the building. Seems dangerous for female travelers. Hallways stink like fresh air hasn’t made its way through there for 20 years. Room was clean and comfortable. Neighbors were quiet."

"The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle service. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the restaurant lounge, featuring a huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the runway. The view is truly beautiful and makes the space particularly impressive. The food was also surprisingly good. I enjoyed the fish dish and ordered it twice during my stay. I didn’t use the gym, but I had a look at it and it seemed to be well equipped. The main downside is that the guest rooms don’t live up to the standard of the hotel’s common areas. They feel quite dated and would definitely benefit from a renovation. My room overlooked the runway, which made looking out of the window a real pleasure. However, the room itself was old, and the air conditioning was particularly frustrating. It couldn’t be switched off completely and made a constant noise throughout the night, which was very disturbing when trying to sleep. Overall, the hotel is a good option for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport. However, the outdated rooms and noisy air conditioning could become quite unbearable for a longer stay."

"Hotel was quiet, clean and all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice, although the pool didn’t seem heated (I thought I saw that it was but I could be mistaken). It was still nice after being in the hot tub. The only thing I didn’t necessarily like…the bed is rock hard. Like there is zero give to the mattress. At all. Which, after walking around San Jose all day, I didn’t feel like my body relaxed at all because the bed is so rigid. My partner didn’t mind it. He thought it was just fine. It helped that their pillows were decent. Overall, nice hotel, good price, decent location."
