Just steps from a private-access beach, this spacious end-unit townhouse offers comfortable coastal living ideal for families or long-term renters. Enjoy beautiful views from multiple balconies, including ocean views from the master bedroom and its private balcony. Inside, the home features a bright open-concept living and dining area, an updated kitchen, and a newly renovated master bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Perfect for families, the second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and the family room is equipped a pull out sofa bed. The garage offers outdoor shower, ample storage and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, bikes, and more! Plus there is a dedicated parking spot.
Located just 15 minutes from Daytona and only half a mile from the beautiful historic lighthouse and local eateries, this home combines relaxation, recreation, and convenience.
