This beautifully furnished condo is conveniently located in the Harbor Village complex. The spacious master suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has two adorable twin size beds, television, and lovely waterfront views. The fully stocked kitchen provides an open floor plan to enjoy company while preparing meals. This condo also has its own laundry room completed with a washer and dryer. The attractively furnished living room leads into the expansive outside sitting area with breathtaking riverfront views.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. 9-hole, par-3 Golf Course & Pro shop - Designed by Gary Wentz, the Harbour Village course features all the hallmarks of Florida golf on a par of 27. Enjoy challenging and fun holes with many hazards and tricky greens.

Beachfront Clubhouse and Pool -The beautiful Beachfront Clubhouse includes an oceanfront pool, fitness center, social room, televisions, showers, bathrooms, parking, and easy access to the no-drive beach in Ponce Inlet.

South Swim Club - This swimming pool facility is very convenient for those living in the Riverwalk Condominiums or Courtyard Homes.

Fitness Center - Two fitness centers are open to all residents and offer a wide array of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weights, and more. Each of the Links condo towers has their own fitness facility for those residents as well.

Tennis - Harbour Village offers four private, full tennis courts which are lighted for your daily enjoyment.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
