Wonderful home away from home

We loved our ocean front condo stay! The condo was easy to access, clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. We were able to use it like our home because it had every amenity needed. Beautiful quiet beach and condo was in close proximity to the lighthouse, dock, and restaurants. Sandy was a great host; just a text away if we needed anything and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Pat’s Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Pat's Paradise. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the 7th floor! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and moon rises over the ocean from the balcony and we saw some amazing sunsets, just by stepping out the front door. The condo is in a great location, near restaurants and on a quiet no drive beach. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for our family and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Sandy is a great host, very quick to reply to any questions we had. We felt perfectly at home and will definitely visit again!

The condo is in great shape, nicely appointed, with top-floor oceanfront views. Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. The location is great with lots to do! Easy access to and from the beach and was not busy at all! There are games to play and plenty of toys to use. The appliances were very nice and new. The view alone is worth the booking!

Location was amazing, far enough away from the crowds but close enough if thats your thing. Condo was clean and had everything you would need for you vacation. View was beautiful and even saw dolphins from the balcony most days. Sandy was quick with responses to my questions and we didnt have any issues with the condo.

Accurately described for both the condo and the location; clean and well maintained. Sunrise in the morning / sunset in the evening for photographers. Would recommend. Restaurants - North Turn - next door; Ocean Deck - Daytona Beach; Seasons 52, Orlando (a little further away). Great for long walks along the beach. It was lovely to see the dolphins on a few occasions.

Relaxing Get Away - Beautiful Views

Pat’s Paradise at Eastwind Condo was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary items that make the stay feel like home. Views from the balcony are awesome and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The beach at the Eastwind is a no drive beach with plenty of room to spread out with your blanket, chair or umbrella. Plenty of room low tide and high tide. The pool at the condo is clean and plenty of chairs and tables for all. This is our 2nd time at Eastwind and staying at Sandy’s condos which are always a great choice.

Easy and Unmatched!

Family of 4 - two kids 10 and 14 - absolutely loved it. Unit had everything you needed for a great vacation. Unit was clean, comfortable and well located. Highly recommended! Spending our summers in a cottage on the ocean, we are use to waves and view .. however, nothing beats waking up and having breakfast in the morning sun, while looking out over the ocean. Great way to start the day. This was EASY vacation because of the services offered thru VRBO and the great unit offered by the renter!
