Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Mighty Fine”… a luxurious yet cozy oceanfront home. This 2-level home sleeps up to 12 went and went through a complete remodel in 2023! It is located right on A1A, is across from a secluded marsh (no homes across the street), and is less than 15 minutes from historic Downtown St. Augustine and world famous Sawgrass golf course and country club!

The moment you walk in the front door you will immediately know that you are about to enjoy a relaxing vacation like no other. The rich, warm wood floors invite you in and the endless views of the Atlantic Ocean will soothe your soul immediately! Elevated high above the dune, “Mighty Fine” offers ocean views from just about every room in the house. The main living area is on the second level. Here, you will find an open living room/kitchen area. The living room features a large sofa and two comfy chairs for gathering. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above an electric fireplace. The kitchen is a chef’s delight. The gas stove is stainless steel with a double oven, and overhead vent. The counter-tops are beautiful and the kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, pans, and other items needed to make your favorite meals, all while enjoying the beautiful views of the beach. The dining area has seating for 10 and is just off of the kitchen with additional seating for 3. The views from the dining area overlooks the beach with access to the large balcony. You can also enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining space to take in that salty ocean air!

There are two main bedroom suites on this floor. The first one is ocean front and has a king bed, private bathroom, TV, and a sitting area. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and two sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, TV, and a sitting area. There is a queen sleeper sofa in this room. It also has a small desk, perfect for setting up a laptop computer.

There are two more bedrooms upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The 4th bedroom is designed with kids, teens, or single adults in mind. It has a twin bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed, TV, and a walk-in closet. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom which has a walk-in shower.

You will find plenty of room on our large ocean side balcony. Located on the first 2nd floor, the balcony spans the width of the house and has plenty of room for lying out in the sun. There is also table seating on the deck for those early morning cups of coffee, or lunch by ocean. The double garage has been converted into a game room and an extra refrigerator for more storage! There is a gas grill and extra propane tanks available. The semi-circular driveway offers parking for up to 5 cars.

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Experience the serenity of our world class beaches where you can swim, sunbathe, surf, paddle board, and fish. Take a morning walk down the beach to find shark’s teeth, sand dollars, and an assortment of other sea shells

Visit one of the centerpieces of St Augustine, the Lightner Museum. The architecture of this building is nothing short of amazing, but is even better when seen during St Augustine’s “Nights of Lights” that really lights up this and all St Augustine’s buildings from mid November through the end of January. Discover the rich history of historic St. Augustine by visiting landmarks like the Old Jail Museum, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, The Bridge of Lions and Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth.

Take a stroll down Magnolia Street where the cascading branches of the oak trees are so amazing that they have been featured in many publications, including National Geographic Magazine. St. George Street, a pedestrian only road in the heart of the historic district, is lined with charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Make sure to go to Anastasia State Park for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and experience their pristine white sand beaches and vibrant history.

Head over to the St Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park and sign up for one of their many animal encounters. Get up close to them feed the alligators, crocodiles, Galapagos turtles, and also sloths. They offer educational shows, zip lines, and plenty of exhibits of native Florida wildlife.

Travel back in time, all the way to 1565 by walking through one of the 4 forts in St Augustine including Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, the oldest masonry fortification in the continental United States as well as Fort Matanzas National Monument, an historic Spanish fort located on Rattlesnake Island.
