Charming 19th century country house, fully restored, quietly located on the edge of a lane & field, in the heart of a peaceful little rural residential village nestled on the banks of the Doubs (kayakers' paradise & ultra-renowned fishing site for its famous catfish, pikeperch or carp / remarkable ecosystem partly classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone", for its exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 species & very rare plant varieties). Nestled in the countryside in the heart of a beautiful, preserved rural and natural environment of hedged plains, the last commune to have hosted a floating mill on the Doubs (one of the very last in France), Pontoux has a 27 ha pond also protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" (1.5 km away), a sensitive natural area unique in Burgundy (nesting of numerous birds with more than 130 species recorded including one of the largest colonies of black-crowned night herons in Saône-et-Loire). Spacious, comfortable gîte. Exotic country character with a "vintage" spirit, mixing the traditional atmosphere of a country house and "nineties" decorative touches. Large terrace area (complemented by two other terraces, one of which is sheltered) opening onto a delightful, intimate 1000m² garden, planted with trees, plants, and flowers (mini orchard with cherry, pear, apple, and plum trees, etc.), 100% bucolic and relaxing, perfect play area for children, with a pétanque court on the courtyard side. At the crossroads of Chalonnais & Bresse Bourguignonne (home of the famous AOC Bresse poultry), superb preserved territories rich in sublime landscapes, renowned gastronomy and an exceptional historical heritage, in close proximity to the mountainous foothills of the Jura massif, at the crossroads of Bresse Jurassienne & Pays Beaunois as well as the departments of Côte d'Or & Jura, 35 km from the vineyards of Côtes Chalonnaises neighboring the famous Côtes de Beaune & Hautes Côte de Beaune (various wine routes to explore including the illustrious Route des Grands Crus) and 40 km from the vineyards of Jura. Ideal for exploring: 13 km from Seurre, 29 km from Chalon-sur-Saône (labeled "Town of Art and History"), 32 km from Beaune, 39 km from Louhans (& its iconic medieval street with 157 arcades), 40 km from Dole, 54 km from Tournus (world-renowned abbey site) & 61 km from Le Creusot TGV station. Possibility to rent the other gîte next to the owner located 30m away (reference n°3151) for a total capacity of 22 people. The perfect refuge for all nature lovers as well as for a rejuvenating & relaxing getaway in the countryside with your family!

不满意：清洁度
Sehr abgewohnte Einrichtung, teilweise kaputt. Es war schmutzig und eine der Toiletten war defekt (wir haben es gemeldet, aber es gab keine Reaktion). Aber der Garten ist sehr schön.
