On the first level of this property is where a lot of the hustle and bustle will take place. A spacious open kitchen waits at the ready, and a family room which rotates around a large flat screen T.V. is adjacent to it. A dining area with a great wooden table, capable of seating ten or more, is located next to these two rooms, and all three of these areas are reliably heated by a three-dimensional gas fireplace during the cooler months.
Need a view of the Sound? Take your pick! This level also features a huge screened in porch and a front deck with Adirondack furniture, both overlooking the famous body of water. This level features 2 King bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen features custom hickory cabinets and granite counters. Bring your own boat and Sea Doos and launch them from right next door at the Poplar Branch Boat Dock It is a short 12 minute boat ride from this private dock to Duck or Corolla!

Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.
