The room was nice and the view was beautiful. Location is great for walking. The staff were a little abrupt in helping but all good in the end. Very close to the ferry to Venice which was exactly what we needed.

Hotel is in a great location, right on the sea front and within walking distance to restaurants, wonderful roman ruins, and other historical sights and plenty of boat trip options available. Checking was easy, staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and with water views it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was included and the choice of food was extensive. Would visit Porec again and would definitely stay at Hotel Palazzo. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, lovely hotel, and loved to spa facilities. Air con stopped working for a short period and staff were willing to move me to a cooler room. Definitely worth the stay.

The restaurant staff was very nice (a big thank you to Sandè and his team). The food was excellent and the chef prepared some very delicious dishes. I would 100 % recommend if you want a relaxing stay by the water.

Great location for old town. But far from car park despite friendly and efficient shuttle. Reception staff spoke broken English, for a luxury hotel. Water leak from room above disturbed sleep and required maintenance.

Although the hotel is housed in an older building, its location in Poreč is truly unbeatable. While there’s no on-site parking, a dedicated lot is conveniently located nearby. Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea is an unforgettable experience.

Großartige Lage, aber viel Luft nach oben – Potenzial wird nicht genutzt Der Aufenthalt im BO Palazzo in Poreč war insgesamt okay, allerdings lässt das Hotel in vielen Bereichen noch stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Positive:Die Lage ist absolut großartig und der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.Der Pool ist nett angelegt.Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und sauber.Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Das Negative: Der Zustand am Pool: Die Auflagen der Liegen sind an mehreren Stellen aufgerissen, was den Gesamteindruck leider abwertet. Der Service: Das Personal wirkt leider absolut nicht ausgebildet. Kaum lehnt man sich kurz zurück, wird einem sofort der Teller weggeschnappt – das ständige Abservieren-Wollen war auf Dauer anstrengend. Auf den Stühlen auf der Terasse fehlten immer wieder auflagen und die Tische waren nicht wirklich sauber abgewischt für nächste Gäste...Das Frühstück (ein Kapitel für sich): Für ein Hotel in Kroatien extrem lieblos. Der Kaffee kommt aus einem Automaten, der ständig streikt, und schmeckt mäßig. Die Säfte stammen aus einem billigen Konzentratautomaten. Geht das Brot aus, muss es erst aufgebacken werden. Die angebotenen Oliven waren entkernt, von mangelnder Qualität und einfach enttäuschend für diese Region. Fazit:Es wirkt alles sehr lieblos gestaltet und geführt. Das Hotel hat durch seine Lage enormes Potenzial, aber hier ist definitiv noch sehr viel Luft nach oben.
