You'll feel right at home while on vacation. The living area is open to the kitchen/dining area. This home has everything you need to cook all of your favorite meals. The living room has satellite TV, while the bedrooms have only streaming capability. There is Wi-Fi for your convenience. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. This home allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 pounds/ dog) with a non-refundable fee of $200.00. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. The Primary bedroom has an attached bathroom and a king bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a full/full bunk. Step outside onto the deck where you'll find seating in the shade or the sun. Downstairs is a charcoal grill to cook your favorite dishes or the fresh catch of the day. When you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away. After a fun day in the sun and sand, you can rinse away everything, except the memories, in the outdoor shower. This home is a perfect vacation getaway year-round.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
