“Not long returned from my second month long stay at Allamanda (previous visit March 2023). Quiet location just across the road from beach with other access to bathing beaches close by. Stayed in 1 bed apt 2nd floor with small balcony, table & chairs plus some washing line. Use of washing machines downstairs if needed but i just did handwash now and again. “我们入住的是一个两层楼的小幢洋楼，楼下是客厅和开放式厨房，楼上是卧室卫生间，设计非常合理。门前的露台边就是一个私人小泳池，早餐晚餐在露台上相当惬意啊~酒店的区域位置也非常棒，属于毛球的富人区，我们是自驾旅行，可以将车停在庭院里，最大的super u超市也就几分钟的车程距离，食物选择非常丰富，都是来自世界的进口食品，而且价格便宜到笑，每天一顿丰盛的早餐不在话下，因为厨房什么都有，就是没有筷子，哈哈。中餐晚餐在附近解决也相当方便，super u 周围也有许多pizza、汉堡店，下次来毛球一定再来入住，性价比很高！对了，就是酒店的标识太难发现了，我们按照导航找了很久，问了很久才找到。”

“We stayed in the villa for 4 nights in August 2024. We had a self-check-in, as our host Francoise was abroad herself. However, Check-in was easy as described, WA-communication with Francoise as well, and there was a telephone contact to a neighbour in case of problems (wich we didn't need). The house is very nice, situated near the sea with sea-view from the upper story. The public beach is some hundred meters away but very nice, clean and quiet. “服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”
