Great Stay!

Everything was just as described. We loved the pool and the canal view. Everything we needed was included; shark teeth sifters, umbrella, fishing pole, etc. The place was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay again.

we were looking for convenience to ‘things’ but not the hustle bustle of crowded areas. Our stay was perfect and Loved Carmelo’s Italian Restaurant…. if you like Italian you’ll be glad you went.Our home was nice, clean and secure.

One of Our Favorite Stays in Port Charlotte!

This home was by far one of our favorites in the Port Charlotte area. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom was generously sized, and the master suite offered a stunning canal view with direct access to the lanai. There is a flex room off the great room with a small desk. This was great for working remotely during my stay. The pool was impressively large, and we enjoyed it daily—opting to have it heated since the evenings were a bit chilly during our visit. While the neighborhood has several vacant lots and ongoing construction, it wasn’t disruptive, though worth noting.Communication with the owner was outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and accommodating whenever we had questions.Dining options range from casual to fine dining within a 15 to 45-minute drive. The Lighthouse Restaurant in Englewood is perfect for sunsets, live music, and great food, while Farlow’s on the Water offers an excellent fine dining experience. For more activities, Punta Gorda is just 20 minutes away and has plenty to explore.We absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!

Lovely Home

Home is just as listed brand new and beautiful. Host and property manager were very responsive during the booking phase and our stay. Everything in the home is brand new. The best thing is you can open up the entire back wall because of the sliding glass doors. Makes for wonderful sunsets. Loved the shape and setup of the pool with the loungers. Our only comment would be that we found the mattress too soft, other than that home is immaculate.We love the area and have been coming down for the past ten years. It is a quiet area that is in close proximity to many activities and stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome atmosphere and location!

Host was awesome and very attentive to any information needed. Very clean and stocked with anything anyone would want. Many things to do outdoors in the area including state parks, great restaurants, biking? etc. Peaceful view! Hope to come again!

Wir hatten mit 6 Personen einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wirklich schönen Haus ! Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse mit tollem Pool und dass wirklich alles auch für 6 Personen ausgestattet war. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne, ruhige Lage.

Wonderful property

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is beautiful, very quiet neighborhood location on the waterway. Nothing quite like watching the water on a daily basis. Great pool deck and large pool for swimming, we opted for pool heating as it was chilly overnight. Property is so well equipped with everything you need. Owner is easy to communicate with, so overall 10/10 from us.

Beautiful Home!!!

The house is beautiful and has everything you would need to enjoy your time in it. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to many beaches if you want to go there. We will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit to the area.

We had an incredible stay. The house was beautiful, modern and clean. We wanted to be able to disconnect from the world for a bit and we did that here. It had everything we needed. Torsten and Ingrid were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back. the world for a bit and we were able to that here.

Winter get away from Minnesota

The house was amazing and the photos were very accurate. It had everything we needed. We did add a shower caddy to the master bedroom to make things easier for us. I walked every morning and I felt totally safe. We would have been lost without the pool. We hope to return in the future and we will share our experience with family & friends.

This property was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Great restaurants in the area. We grilled a couple of times. We had our bikes with us and rode all over the communities. I would definitely recommend this home to folks who as as fussy as we are!😉

Beautiful New Vacation Rental in South Gulf Cove

My husband and I had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful new home! We loved the location… it was in a very quiet neighborhood, far enough away from the busy traffic areas, but still close enough to the beach. The house itself was just so stunning, we felt very comfortable staying there. Of course it was spotless and I’m very picky about cleanliness. We really enjoyed hanging out at the amazing pool and watching the boats on the canal. We had some very nice weather and were able to swim every day. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything a person would need to cook. The decor was modern and just so nicely furnished. I just can’t say enough great things about this home! Finally, the homeowner was quick to answer any questions in a timely manner and was very helpful. We have stayed in many very nice vacation rentals over the years, and this one definitely tops the list!
