「Das Haus ist genau wie dargestellt, sehr schöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse und Wohnzimmer. Der Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte gibt es für die Lage in einer Strassenkurve am Hang - sprich 08:00 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken wegen der stark bremsenden Autos. Dies betrifft auch den Baulärm insgesamt am Hang.」

「Vor allem das Personal war super. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war großzügig und sauber.
Dieser Hotelaufenthalt war unser bester außerhalb Deutschlands

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
