Summary:
After a day at the beach at beautiful Horseshoe Bay, walk the few metres home and sit on the balcony and take in the afternoon sea breeze whilst still having a view of the ocean. This highly sought after corner location will be the envy of your friends when they see your holiday snaps. Wi-Fi and Linen Included!

The Space:
Upstairs
Open plan living and dining with TV, comfortable lounges, and a large kitchen with Nespresso coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and cooktop, pantry and fridge/freezer. Step through the large glass doors on to the timber deck and relax on the outdoor furniture. Cook a BBQ, enjoy a beverage or two and take in the view of the ocean.

Split system air-conditioning on this level.

There is one bedroom upstairs that includes a queen bed, TV, desk and a two-way bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.

Downstairs
A second living area for the children to rest after a day at the beach or watch a bit of TV and still have a view down the street to the water. Split system air conditioning.

Bedroom two has a queen bed and a built-in robe.
Bedroom three includes two single beds and a built-in robe.

The main bathroom includes a shower, separate bath and vanity. There is also a separate toilet.

With access to the back yard the laundry includes a washing machine.

Enclosed manicured back yard with shaded pergola area and BBQ for afternoon get togethers or cooked breakfasts in the garden.
Off street parking at the rear of the property.

Great property and location. Feedback given to property managers on cleanliness in some areas, especially given the relatively high rental rates.
