A property with potential

The house is in a great location between beach and village and presented adequately- in that the plumbing and air conditioning worked well. The building was poorly repaired, doors stuck, floors and subsequently some furniture wobbled. Most of the chairs were either musty or frail. Also the bathroom was nicely renovated but the floor was slippery and the diffusers not installed properly. The outside bathroom was delightful but unfortunately in an unkempt garden with a stony patchy grass, including builders offcuts complete with empty coffee cups.

What a delightful place to stay for our visit to Port Elliot.We came with family from overseas, and this very beautiful cottage was enjoyed by all.The outdoor shower proved to be very popular!

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a perfect location. We felt very much at home and comfortable with high quality beds, linens, ducted aircon, modern bathroom/kitchen and well appointed, charming rooms. We found the checkin a little confusing as our written instructions were different to the verbal instructions we received over the phone resulting at one stage in us being unable to re-enter the house after a day trip. Fortunately though, the agent was available and immediately resolved the issue. We'd love to return again for another stay in gorgeous Port Elliot at this delightful cottage. Thank you!
