Fort Lauderdale Port Everglades Cruise Terminal 2 Hotels

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and very family-friendly. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which added to the experience. The location was excellent—very central and easy to get around—and we felt safe throughout our stay. We would definitely come back. That said, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The Wi-Fi connection could be more reliable, and it would be helpful if everything in the room was checked before guest arrival. For example, our ceiling fan and the outside light were not working. These were minor issues and did not take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay."

"The property was incredibly clean. There’s plenty to do for adults and children, very family friendly. Kenneth was very helpful with room needs. The pool is fabulous, lots of birds and lizards for entertainment. Great outdoor bar with friendly pool staff. The beach is nice with plenty of places to sit. We highly recommend this beach resort and would return ourselves in a second."
