Large first floor open plan living area with incredible Southern ocean views
Ground floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed, full ensuite and walk in robe
Bedroom 2 with queen bed and one triple bunk bed
Bedroom 3 with queen bed
Bathroom with bath and shower
Separate toilet
Laundry with front load washing machine and dryer.
First floor:
Large open plan living area with 7 seater corner lounge suite.
Large 8 seater dining table and chairs.
Kitchen and island bench with incredible views of the southern ocean.
Large outdoor entertaining area on rear balcony.
Smaller balcony at the front of the house to sit and and take in the oceans views.
Take a short 300mtr walk to the oceans door step
