Beach house on private resort

Relaxing, comfortable, and very clean home with a covered outdoor deck. Great place for a family vacation getaway. Always something to do. Great place to chill where you'll want the time to stand still. This private resort is a gated community that has 24 hour front gate security.

Because this is a privately owned community guests will need to pay a $60 guest processing fee and a $15 parking fee for your entire stay. This fee is charged by Long Island Village not the property owner, this money is never seen by the owner of the property. The lot is located 1 mile from downtown Port Isabel and 6 miles from South Padre Island.

We had a very lovely stay at this cute place. Gabriel was a great host as he replied almost immediately and helped with needs. Our neighbors were wonderful, the location was perfect to the pool and rec center. The deck was our favorite part. This cute home is perfect for two people.

Had a nice time, very quiet and clean. Exactly as shown online, I was very please it was perfect for a quick birthday BBQ Dinner after a day at the beach. Definitely would like to go again to stay longer and enjoy the rest of the attractions

Fishing Trip

It was a great base to fish the local area. Close to all the spots we wanted to hit and only a short 5-10 min drive to South Padre. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful.

Clean Park Model

This was a pleasant surprise. The location was great. We loved the deck. The smart tv in the living room was a nice amenity.The property was clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the property was a little dated. Otherwise, the owner was easy to work with and we plan on returning in 2021.

Very nice small house in a great location !

We stayed here for a week during February 2019. The house was clean, small and very nice. It had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice gated community close to South Padre Island and Brownsville. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would recommend this property to others. We are birders - don't miss South Padre Birding Center, Resaca de la Palma State Park and Laguan Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge.

Older manufactured home in crowded resort community

Older manufactured home in crowded resort community needs some TLC and updating. Next to a main road in resort. Uncomfortable sofa. Spectrum cable TV had to be rebooted several times. WiFi worked. Comfy bed. Crazy ants in kitchen--had to buy baits to control and were unable to use kitchen counters. Well stocked with kitchen/ bathroom supplies--has everything you need for a low cost stay. Tap water a bit salty--plan for bottled water. Close to swing bridge, causeway to South Padre Island, and restaurants in downtown Port Isabel. Par 3 golf course across road--low quality, with small, rough greens, suitable for non serious players. Deck was nice when weather allowed, but bring additional seating as there is only 1 lounge chair. Very responsive owner--supplied key card for entry to private resort and bracelets to use pool.
