Excellent Bay Location

This home was perfect for our week getaway to sun and fun and fish!! Dolphins in the bay everyday! Fun water traffic to watch! Fishing off the pier was good, we caught red fish, ribbon fish, catfish and piggie perch! The resort amenities were great! Our family really enjoyed this location! Only one thing could have made it better, a grill to cook out on!!

What was there NOT to love! We actually saves money staying here!! This home had everything for all of us. We all just didn't want to go anywhere but stay here and enjoy the beautiful waterfront this house has! My family BBQ and did alot of fishing all while being in the back yard of this beautiful home...definitely coming back! Barrera/ Garza clan approved 👌

Great view from house.

House has a great porch and view. However, it would be nice if there were sunshades for the porch in the afternoons when it’s so hot. Probably no problem in winter. Otherwise, great place.

It was a very clean and good place to stay but, the garbage disposal did not work, the icemaker did not work, there were no lights on the outside dock to fish off of at night, and they need to seriously update the patio furniture.

Relaxing & enjoyable

The scenic view on the intercoastal gives you a chance to observe the different boats, waterfowl, etc., all the movement on the waterway, opposed to the canals.

We have stayed at Long Island Village several times over the years. But this is the first location I would be willing to return to! It was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and everything worked! Comfortable beds, fans in every room, washer and dryer, beautiful outdoor space. The sun is a lot in the late afternoon. But it’s beautiful views on the main channel. My only complaint was the mosquitos were out of control outside- hoping the HOA does something about that soon!!

The home was beautiful and we loved the location. The kitchen wasn't as stocked as we thought. The queen bed was hard. The other bedroom was hot at night. Believe it was because the top twin bed over it blocked the air. And lastly the shower head is so high up it hits you right in the face and you can't move back . We love renting with Vacasa but not this home anymore

Home away from home!

We enjoyed the home, everything was clean, the decor was very beachy and nice. The patio and pier were perfect. We enjoyed resting on the patio watching the boats and dolphins and fishing on the pier. The one thing I wish was different, is the guest bedroom with bunk beds. This trip was for 2 couples, the bunk bed is perfect for kids, teens or young adults. Not ideal for a mid-age couple. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed the big windows/view, easy-to-use window blinds, the fans all over the home, and how easy it was to control the lights and fans. These are all great amenities for elder parents.

My fishing group loved this house it was right across from the weigh in during the TIFT tournament . Only thing it needs a bigger outdoor grill & coffee maker more than just one cup.

This was like home away from home. The only thing that i noticed that the sliding door needs fixing. It would get stuck all time. Other than that everything else was excellent. I will definitely refer this to my friends which they were all asking how i got this place.
