Quiet 3/2 Hideaway w/Pool Access

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of the SPI Golf Community – this cozy villa is your home away from home. This well-appointed townhome boasts a farmhouse style décor, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and inviting bedroom accommodations. Enjoy morning coffee from your furnished and screened patio. Remember to look out to the garden in the evenings as you enjoy your private hot tub. The sunsets are free.
The space
A welcoming hallway leads you to a comfortable living area with a couple of couches and a sitting chair. This space is equipped with a 65" SMART Tv and plenty of board games for you and your family. Each bedroom provides guests with comforter set, linens, extra pillows (both firm and soft), hamper, alarm clock, hangers, and quilt. Guestroom 3 has a Roku TV and the primary bedroom has a 55" SMART TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, dual coffee maker (ground/pod), assorted coffees & teas, dishes, pots/pans, and silverware. Each bathroom provides guests with towels, toiletries, and bathmats. Oh! and we didn't forget about pool towels -provided for you as well!

This property was on a cul de sac with a ravine behind it, so it was very private and quiet. There were many amenities in the golf community, such as a nearby pool, and Divot's restaurant has delicious food.. We enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of space for 5 people when we were all there. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The golf course was lovely and well managed. We were only 20 minutes from South Padre Island, and we visited the restaurants, beaches, sea turtle rescue, bird sanctuary, and had a boat tour. The area is quite dog friendly. We could get groceries and access shops and restaurants in Laguna Madre without going over to the island, as well. All in all, we would highly recommend this property and host.

Relaxing home

Home is clean, well decorated with comfortable furniture. It is a twin home which is for sale... located in a gated community which is very peaceful and safe. Need a car to travel to South Padre which is only about a 15 minute drive where you will find all of the restaurants, shopping and activities. Very limited shopping or restaurants in the immediate Laguna Vista community. If you are a golfer, this is a great place to stay. Pools looked nice, but it was to cold during our stay to utilize them. Owners were quick to respond to our questions.

Great location and beautiful home!

The home was beautiful and clean, loved it. The location was fantastic within walking distance of the community pool, loved that as well. The only thing that bothered me and my family was that it was that they scheduled a viewing of the place during our stay and thought that was very unprofessional for someone that does this for a living. Also it did say that there was a private hot tub but the hot tub was not working so that would have been nice to know during booking! I let the host know of this that it did say on his header and he apologized. The host was very easy to get a hold of and replied back when we asked more questions.....seems like a legit guy.

Cozy and clean

This house was exactly as listed with pictures provided. Very inviting, it was clean and everything we needed was provided! The location was a close drive to the beach like we had hoped. They provided ample linens for our family of 5 and plenty of extra pillows and cozy blankets. Definitely a good choice if you are wanting to be close to the island!

Vacation Rental Perfection!!! 5 Stars!

We've been visiting this area annually for the last 11 years and this is, by far, is the nicest place we've rented at SPI. The owners thought of everything - beautiful and comfortable furniture, plush towels, beach towels, spotlessly clean unit, comfortable beds, etc. If you're looking for the best of the best, you found it!

Daughters Birthday Weekend

I took my daughter to visit Padre for her 21st. She /I really enjoyed this house. It was beautiful. Everything had a place and was very clean. Only about 20 minutes from shops and padre. The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

What A BEAUTIFUL Home!!!

This home is lovely! It was very accommodating to my family of 6. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There's a hot tub on this property and the pool is just hop and jump away. Besides the amenities, the home was equipped with EVERYTHING a family will need. It felt so much like home! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, they were so inviting and made sure we had everything we needed and that everything was as advertised. I give this place ten thumbs up! We would love to return soon!
