“Nice location and well-appointed rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms stink of heavily perfumed cleaners and the sheets and towels were so heavily perfumed from scented detergents and dryer sheets as to render them toxic. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, the rooms at this place will make you sick.”

“While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. There was a 4ft high, 10ft wide heap of garbage in the front yard and looking in through the windows it was apparent the house was under……

“My husband and I, along with our Golden, were on LI for three weeks. We spent our last seven days in this super clean updated apartment. It had everything we needed. The fenced yard was an extra perk, although we didn't get to truly utilize it due to weather and other activities. It's as inviting as the photos though. The dog, however, spent some time out there and loved it. We stayed in the bedroom right off the living room and it was comfy. Anderson is a terrific host. He's helpful and easy……

“First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year.”

“I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests……
