Beachfront 3 - short walk to beach

This first floor apartment is situated directly opposite the lake and very close to the surf beach. The beach access is only a few metres from the front door and is located central to all Lake Cathie facilities including shopping centre, Bowling Club and Tavern and only a 15 minute drive north to Port Macquarie.

Two comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Sleeps 5: 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Single bed + Single bunks. Single lock-up garage and plenty of room in the front yard for a relaxing picnic.

A must do if you are in the area.

Beautiful location. Accommodation a bit dated but OK for a beach stay. Check-in realtor process asked for unnecessary information (credit card, and ID) that was already provided when making the booking before providing property access.

location perfect ,I don’t recall reading anything about no wifi or internet on the actual listing or no aircon until the booking was finalised and paid. additionally the mobile service was overall poor no fault of the owner that just for others to take note

Great location but dirty n musty furnitures n curtains.

The property was in a great location with ocean n river views. But the furniture was old, dirty with strong musty smell. Especially the lounge and curtains.
