“This is a great property right on the water in Port Mansfield, good for fishing, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The private dock is about 300 yrds long, has lights, and great for fishing 24/7. Direct access to the water with our kayaks was challenging as the seawall and dock are too high to enter comfortably, but there was a space on the lot next door that had storm drains and easy entry. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 4ft but has tons of fish, especially at night. The home was……

“I had an awesome experience staying at this house. It is on the ground floor, so no hauling coolers and bags upstairs. It was very clean with a spacious living area, brand new shower curtains, and brand new towels. I really enjoyed the front parking area and was easy for in/out access with my boat. Overall great stay.”

“Had a good time staying here. Lots of room and a great outdoor kitchen/bar area for entertaining. Bring your steaks or cook your days catch on the big bbq pit. Good beds and good ac’s throughout the house. Plenty of room to park the boats and trucks in the front yard was nice as well. Will definitely be renting again here!”

Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!”

ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST MAYBE GET MORE LIGHTING ON THE PIER; WE TOOK OUR LIGHT BUT ACCIDENTLY DROPPED IT AND IT BROKE. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER. LETS JUST SAY I WOULD DEFINITLY BOOK THIS HOUSE ANOTHER WEEKEND.”
