“Air con was not working. Was reported to staff but no bothered to check or swap our rooms, dissapointing”

“There was no toilet paper and only 1 bath towel for 2 guests. I called the Housekeeping 2x and it was like 90 minutes passed but my request did not arrived. I went to the Reception to follow up. My request came and was assisted by a Maintenance staff instead who was very helpful. Overall, my stay was okay. Thank you. ”
